Boy George, gender bender singer from the eighties music scene, was sentenced to 15 months in prison for shackling Norwegian escort Audun Carlsen to the wall.

In addition to the restraining his guest, Mr. George decided to also whip him with a chain. According to Mail Online, the escort “managed to free himself and fled in his underpants into the street, screaming for help.”

Is anyone else laughing after reading this far?

Adrian Waterman, Boy George’s barrister (UK for lawyer) says the prison sentence will affect the singer’s ability to tour in the US and Japan. Apparently there are enough fans in both countries willing to pour into a bar to see “Boy” belt out the classics.

I believe it would make more sense to do the Boy George reenactment tour and show audiences how he chained up a Norwegian Escort and beat him. That would at least fill a casino stage. Plus he could add dancing girls and musical numbers.

We wish the best for Mr. George. In prison he should find plenty of willing men to be beat.
